Revive Home Repair Grant

Up to $15,000 in Home Repair Funding for Eligible Homeowners

Limestone FCU, in partnership with FHLBank Indianapolis, is proud to offer the Revive Home Repair Grant, a program designed to help homeowners make essential improvements to their homes. This grant provides up to $15,000 to eligible homeowners for health, safety, accessibility, and deferred maintenance repairs.

Funds are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis—apply early to maximize your chances of receiving assistance.

Who Can Apply?

This program is available to homeowners who meet income eligibility guidelines and have repair needs that fall within the scope of the grant. Homeowners must reside in the property being repaired, and all documentation must be provided to verify ownership, income, and scope of work. How to Apply

Complete the pre-qualification application¹ to get started. If you qualify, a Limestone Team Member will reach out to complete the application process with you.

¹Please note: This is not a formal application for the program. It is a pre-qualification application used to assess initial eligibility. Members must complete this pre-qualification step to be considered for Revive Home Repair Grant funds. All requested documentation must be submitted to Limestone FCU, and additional documentation may be required after submission. Funds are limited and available only while supplies last—early application is strongly encouraged. Applicants must be members of Limestone FCU in good standing to qualify.
