Workplace Excellence Training
UP Michigan Works! and Limestone FCU are co-hosting Workplace Excellence series on the campus of Lake Superior State University! Participants will learn the soft skills employers are looking for through the no-cost Workplace Excellence series. Upon course completion, each participant will be awarded a certificate of achievement. This course is open to anyone looking to grow in their career. Pizza and refreshments will be provided at each session.
Modules Covered
The Workplace Excellence series will be led by a trained career professional, Melissa Causley, Talent Specialist from UP Michigan Works! Participants can expect the course to cover a series of modules, including communication ability, dependability, workability, adaptability, and suitability. Each participant will leave the course with the knowledge they need to excel in their career, be an outstanding interviewer, and understand workplace culture.
