Amidst rising case numbers in Schoolcraft County and throughout Upper Michigan, we are making some operational changes. As a precautionary measure we will begin limiting lobby service effective immediately. Please note the following hours of operation:
Lobby: The lobby will be open to high risk members and those without access to technology Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 9:30 am. In connection with these changes our coin machine will be closed until further notice.
Drive-thru: Open 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
Whenever possible, we urge you to use electronic measures, or contact us via phone or text. As a reminder we are still refunding one ATM Surcharge Fee per day to those who wish to avoid the lines at drive-thru by using an ATM machine.
Please be kind and patient with our staff, who are under increased pressure to process transactions efficiently and accurately with reduced resources.
