Effective: Monday, July 20, 2026
Beginning Monday, July 20, 2026, our branches will transition to new summer operating hours. As part of this seasonal schedule, all branches will be closed on Saturdays. In addition, drive-thru service and ITM Live Help (live teller assistance) will not be available on Saturdays.
Our updated summer hours for in-person service, phone support, and ITM Live Help (live teller assistance) are as follows:
- Main Branch: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- The Hub @ Jack’s Fresh Market: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- The Hub @ LSSU: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
In addition, Saturday phone support will be available from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM through our new Call Center at 906-341-5866. The Call Center can assist with logging into SpeedyLine, Mobile Banking, and Online Banking, as well as assist with lost or stolen debit cards and denied debit card transactions. Please note that Saturday Call Center Support will not include account balance inquiries, transfers, or loan payment processing.
These summer hours are designed to give our team dedicated time to recharge and refocus while continuing to provide the high level of service you expect. While our branch locations will be closed outside of these hours, you will still have access to a variety of convenient banking options.
You can continue to perform many transactions through our ITMs and manage your accounts, transfer funds, deposit checks, and more using Online Banking, the LFCU Mobile App, SpeedyLine, our ATM/ITM network, and our Saturday Call Center.
